STEP 1

Initial Consultation

Your broker will collect information on your yacht make, model and year.  We will discuss your timing and any financial considerations involved in the sale of your yacht.

STEP 2

Boat Evaluation

Your broker will conduct an in-person walkthrough of your boat with you.  The information collected from this visit, along with the research we conduct regarding comparable listings, will help us to appropriately price your yacht.

STEP 3

Photoshoot

We will create a media package consisting of exterior and interior photos, as well as a 3D Matterport® virtual tour of your vessel, for online viewing.

STEP 4

Create & Launch Listing

Along with the photos and 3D Matterport® virtual tour imaging, we will write your listing with keywords for search engine optimization. Your listing will be published through our online channels, email databases, and in our professional high traffic window display.

STEP 5

Broker Showings

Nothing sells a boat like seeing it in person.  Our brokers will work hard to show your yacht to prospective buyers and negotiate the offer.

STEP 6

Survey & Sea Trial

We conduct the survey and sea trial in conjunction with trusted marine and mechanical surveyors, who are accredited by the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors (SAMS) or the National Association of Marine Surveyors.

STEP 7

Close the Deal
