Our on-the-water office location at the Balboa Marina in the heart of Newport Beach, sees a lot of foot traffic.  More foot traffic for us means more prospective boat buyers for you.  With a public walkway, a shared patio with Pacific Electric Boat Rentals, a shared parking lot with Sol Cocina and The Tavern House, public dock space, and 125 boats slipped at Balboa Marina, both prospective and current boat owners are often looking for their next new boat, which could be yours!

Hundreds of restaurant-goers, charterers, boat rental customers, and students taking boating lessons, walk past our office windows each week and stop to look at our striking “Yachts for Sale” illuminated display.  Our window yacht listings are displayed in a similar manner to high end real estate offices—they are professional, attractive and a fantastic marketing piece for the sale of your yacht.

A FUNNEL OF ACTIVE PROSPECTS

The award-winning Newport Beach Sailing School operates out of our office.  We ask each sailing school student, “What are your plans after you learn to sail?”  This provides a funnel of potential boat buying leads.   In addition, SailTime and PowerTime Fractional Boating operate out of our office.  There are hundreds of serious boaters who utilize SailTime and PowerTime’s fractional program as a “Try before you buy.” After Members’ leases are up, many consider buying a boat. This adds even more active prospects to our funnel of people looking at your listing.

EXTENSIVE DATABASE AND EMAIL MARKETING

In addition to collecting contact information for every prospect in our funnel, we have collected boater information from every Newport Beach Show for the last 20 years.  With this information, we have developed an extensive email marketing database of thousands of boaters who are interested in buying their next boat.

MATTERPORT® 3D VIRTUAL TOURS

Newport Beach Yacht Sales invested in high-tech Matterport 3D camera equipment to create immersive video tours of each yacht for sale with us.  This allows prospective buyers to get a more thorough viewing experience of your boat, unlike listings that feature only one-dimensional photos.   With the goal of creating as much interest in your boat as possible, our 3D walk-through tours are some of the best digital media currently on the market.

BOAT SHOWS AND MONTHLY OPEN HOUSES

Every year, we exhibit at the Newport Beach International Boat Show.  We capitalize on this event by presenting an in-water display.  Even if your specific yacht is not displayed in the show, the leads we gather are contacted consistently throughout the year via our email campaigns.   In addition, each month, our company holds Open Houses to attract buyers and create excitement.  We showcase our boats and offer prospects an opportunity to check them out in person.
